Christmas Wedding Favors
If you are planning your wedding in the near future, don’t forget to start organizing your wedding favors as soon as possible. Don’t worry if you can’t think of anything as there is a whole industry set up supplying treats for guests. This should make things much easier for you and will be one less thing to worry about before the wedding day arrives.
An easy wedding favor option is flowers which really don’t take much to arrange but guests can enjoy. The preparation for flowers is almost non existent other than deciding on what flowers to use which can be ordered reasonably close to the big day.
A popular choice is a red rose and as a symbol of love which is very fitting at a reception. Placing the rose on the wedding reception table where the guest are seated is a nice touch and doesn’t need to be done until the last minute.
If flowers do not appeal to you then why not give candy a try as an easy wedding favor because it is always popular even if not as original as you would like it to be. However, there is an even easier way to give candy and also help you to save money on centerpieces. Now, how simple is a large glass bowl filled with candy going to be in the centre of the table?
All you need to do after this is arrange for each wedding guest to have a small box where they can place their candy. This could be called a self service gift because all you have to do is supply the candy and something to place it in.
Although candy is popular, you may wish to give your guests a picture frame which is longer lasting and more useful. Where possible, try to find a way around wrapping wedding favors, especially the likes of picture frames which could take a considerable amount of time, not to mention the cost. If you use the frames to hold the place cards however, wrapping will not be necessary.
A different but still an easy wedding favor is to supply every guest with a picture of themselves arriving at the wedding reception using the services of a professional photographer armed with a digital camera. So to make sure each guest leaves with their photo, the photographer could take along a fast digital printer then they could be printed out whilst the guests are enjoying the reception. As most wedding photographs are in groups, a photograph with just one couple at a time showing them at their best would be a welcomed wedding favor. It would also be nice if the photographer could bring along a digital projector so all the photos he had taken of the guests could then be shown on a screen during the reception meal.
